Returns & Exchange


  • Definition: ‘Return’ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer to Casa Pop on the Casa Pop website. Following situations may arise:
  • Item was defective
  • Item was damaged during the Shipping
  • Products was / were missing
  • Wrong item was sent by the Casa Pop.


Our vision at Casa Pop is to provide our valued customers with a hassle free and comfortable shopping experience. We apply the highest levels of standards while producing and delivering our products to you.

As per our current prevailing policy, we do not undertake returns/refund on products which are delivered in a good condition.

However, the following Terms & Conditions will hold:

  • Exchange of products can be considered in the event that the product delivered has a genuine manufacturing/quality defect or is incorrect (i.e. the product delivered is different from the order placed, basis the confirmation received with you).
  • For shipping locations outside of Delhi, the customer will be required to courier the product back to us. The shipping cost for sending back the product to us will have to be borne by the customer.
  • Exchange request can be initiated by getting in touch with our customer care team via phone on +91 9811114925 (available between 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM IST). In case you wish to write to us, please email us at with your order number, transaction date, delivery date, delivery address and image of the concerned item.
  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of receipt of the said shipment.
  • Revert on resolution from the customer care team to the customer on the concerned query will be done within 2 working days.
  • For approved exchanges, the product returned should be in its original packaging and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received.
  • The policy comes into effect for our entire range except Furniture and Lighting products.
  • Items purchased online cannot be exchanged at any of our offline stores.
  • Casa Pop reserves the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as seen fit by the company. Each request will be handled on a case to case basis.
  • In the event that the customer has provided wrong/incomplete shipping address or there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient, there will be no refund.
  • In case of International Orders, if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his/her order from the Shipping agency, then Casa Pop will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.
